A.1 :- Shipping Policy.
- Free shipping is applicable on all product orders.
- Once we receive the domestic order, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.
- Therefore, the estimated time would be 10 to 15 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- These timelines may be affected due to any govt curfews, or unforeseen situations.
A.2 :- Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:
- Ready to Ship Order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
- If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be payment channel transaction charge.
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on [email protected].
- The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer along with 5% of payment channel charges.
- As we receive the product, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
- Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
- When you opt for customization with your order you can cancel it within 48 hours only.
- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
B: Shipping & Cancellation Policy For Handcrafted/Customized Products.
B.1:- Shipping Policy:
- Our customized product range is always specific to the customization client request for during order placement. Thus they vary in design & work as per the customization and those changes the complete demography of the displayed product which then affects the price & heaviness of the outfit.
- Thus estimated shipping charges will be informed during order placement but they can get low or high once the final product is ready & it will be informed by our fashion consultant before putting the order on delivery.
- Customized products requires minimum 30- 40 days of making time & adding delivery period of 7-10 days give us the calculated period of 47-50 days for the delivery of ordered product.
- Our handcrafting work such as embroidery, dabka, zardozi, motfis, sequins, vine sequence, gotta work, etc takes time in completion and for the customization to get done as agreed we thoroughly check every small detail of the outfit before producing the final product. Therefore it is advised to discuss about the estimated delivery date
during order placement. - These timelines may be affected due to any Govt. curfews, or unforeseen situations.
B.2 :- Order Booking Process:
- After finalizing the product along with the customization the final price will be conveyed to you for the outfit along with estimated shipping charges, Thus we’ll be taking 50% advance payment towards confirming your order & confirmation on your Email-Id will be provided accordingly. Booking amount taken will be eligible for refund with 5% amount deduction for payment channel until two days of order placing, after completion of two days if cancellation is made then cancellation will be done without any refund. Therefore it is advised to confirm the order after proper consideration.
B.3:- Return/Exchange/Refund Policy.
- Please note that ALL Handcrafted/Customized orders are specially made to order & are thus final sale and not eligible for return or exchange or refund.
- In case you receive a custom order that is defective, damaged, or has a major discrepancy in measurements, you may send the item back to us for modification/alteration.
- If item do not meet your expectations, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item. On receipt of your email, Cobble Craze will respond with instructions on the return procedure.
- All costs associated with shipping the returned item are to be borne by the customer.
Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order.

Original packaging accompanied by the original receipt will be required for a refund or exchange. however the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded.
